Reporting to the HR Manager, as the Senior Recruiter, you will assume overall responsibility for the operational delivery of the organizations recruitment process. You will be accountable to the business for attraction of candidates using systems, tools, channels, and media to ensure the highest quality recruitment process support for Hiring Managers. You will work with knowledge, speed, and discretion to help you hire the proven talent for the business across the group. You will conduct extensive research and work closely with business leaders to solve current problems and achieve long-term recruitment success.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should have at least:-
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience specialising in recruitment
- Experience handling recruitment in a multinational or manufacturing environment will be added advantage
- Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Resourceful and self-driven with high degree of professional integrity & initiative
- Must be willing to be based in Shah Alam
