- Demonstrate strong understanding on product knowledge and ability to channel right product information to customer.
- Establishing a proper practice on ensuring each product procedures are carried out adequately and ensuring they're tracked on a weekly basis.
- Proactively seeking for new customers in providing new business opportunities and constantly looking for new alternative solutions to improve product and solution sales.
- Ability to achieve target KPI's and also exceed company's sales target and objectives.
- Providing professional customer after service to retain existing customers and to improve current business operations.
- Ability to provide solution and proper decision making when responding to customers queries.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Ensure close working relationship with all relevant stakeholders both internal as well as external.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelors/Degree in any field.
- Possesses at least 5 years of working experience especially in sales field.
- Working experience within a solution based environment.
- A strong communicator verbally, hands-on and have exceptional negotiation and management skills.
- Clear vision of growth and a high-energy individual with entrepreneurial spirit.
