About Our Client
Our client is an Australian based MNC in the services industry offering a range of solutions to their clients across the region. They are currently growing their regional operations in Malaysia and hence are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Regional HR Senior Manager to be part of their team.

Reporting to the Regional CFO, you will be responsible for end to end generalist role including talent management, compensation & benefits, learning & development and hr operations. You will be leading a team of 3 people and be responsible for 7 countries. It is our client's expectation that this person plays a very strong business partnering role by working closely with the senior stakeholders across the region. You will be instrumental in ensuring policies and procedures for best practices are put in place and aligned across the regions. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a hands on generalist with strong strategic HR experience.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful, you will need:-
- At least 10 years of strong HR experience from a MNC
- Regional experience will be advantageous
- Ability to put structure and policies alignment across the region
- Excellent business partnering ability and managing stakeholders
