About Our Client
Listed organisation with an international footprint. Stable and highly experienced board and senior leadership team. Operating fully within a B2B environment.
As Regional CEO you will have overall accountability for the entire SEA region including top and bottom line responsibilities for the entire regional operating structure. This will include but not be limited to: sales and marketing and business development functions and the ongoing execution of the companies go to market strategy; product development as the company identifies new products to bring to market as well as all corporate functions including, HR, Finance & IT.
Fundamental to your success will be your ability to review the corporate structure and identify organisation development opportunities and implement the necessary changes to enable continued growth within the region. Continuing on the theme of organisation development, you will be required to perform a skills gap analysis for the management team to ensure individuals possess the necessary skills and where there are gaps, invest in talent development programs.
Please note, you will be required to travel throughout the region on a regular basis with the expectation that you will be in each country at least once per quarter.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role it is expected that you will have demonstrable experience operating as a COO or CEO in a fast paced consumer product environment. Having regional experience will be essential. Furthermore, you will have prior success in growing both market share and top line revenues in multiple locations. You will be a strong leader of people and be able to drive both cultural and organisational change.
