About Our Client
Our client is a leading retail brand in town and active expanding the market.
- Plan, organise, co-ordinate and execute project management to ensure full conformance with design specification, within budget and timely.
- Implement the delivery progress report, require document and presentation on monthly basis.
- Manage and resolve site management issue, dealing with sub contractor, supplier, consultant and internal department.
- Ensure the installations and rectification work are attended properly.
The Successful Applicant
- More than 5 years experience of Interior fit-out in retail area or real estate business
- Good project management & problem solving skill
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Candidate must possess at least professional certificate/ diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering, Interior Design, Architectural or related field.
