Job Description

As the Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Prototype and test R&D development samples for hearing instruments
  • Coordinate pilot-production of development samples according to schedule and resolve any technical issues efficiently
  • Create new assembly work instructions and support pilot-run in production, resolving any production concerns
  • Innovate production processes and contribute to the process engineering road map

The Successful Applicant

You will require the following credentials to be successful in your application:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing or R&D environment specialising in electronic devices
  • Demonstrated understanding in Process Validation, Failure Analysis and Circuit Analysis
  • Acoustical knowledge will be a strong advantage
