About Our Client
Our Client is one of the leading players within the FMCG Industry. As part of their expansion plan here in Malaysia, they are looking for driven people to join their team.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible to work independently with marketing, sales & customer for managing promotion & campaigns to promote company's product & services. He/She also will also responsible for a sales operation team who are responsible for inbound and outbound lead generation for incremental sales and improve the results from the promotion campaign, through a good sales support function process and good customer relationship.
- To manage promotion campaign with key account customers & involve negotiation to help increase short team sales & improve the result from the marketing programs.
- To work closely with marketing & sales on the promotion campaign's planning and execution effectiveness, for example, promotion ideas & friendliness & cost estimation.
- To lead a sales operation team for ensuring that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily sales performance metrics.
- To coach and develop the knowledge and skills of the sales operation team.
- To responsible for the development and implementation of any processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.
- To work closely with Key Account Managers and Sales Operation Team for addressing the issues & concerns, sales & inventory, promotional program & meet the sales goals together.
- To identify potential market and build the good customer relationship.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in business administrative, marketing or mass communication.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing in FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation & interpersonal skills & good relationship with key customers.
- Must travel frequently in order to manage a sales operation teams from different branches.
- Other essential qualifications are thoughtful, creative, good organizational & communication.
