About Our Client
Our client is a global multinational who is engaged with the business support services. They are currently looking to further develop their presence and profitability in APAC by launching their regional inside sales centre in Malaysia. They are searching for an Account Manager who specialises in selling business solutions to Greater China market (Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong). They are looking for English-speaking professionals proficient in either Mandarin or Cantonese.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible to gain new clients, conduct cold calls and close sales opportunities over the phone. Other responsibilities include:
- Strong communicator verbally and ability to channel right product information to customer.
- Making high volume of cold calls to penetrate the specific territory in depth and reach out to new and existing customers providing wider market coverage.
- Identifying new potential business opportunities to ensure company profitability.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and other methods of communications to tailor and sell company solutions.
- Ability to achieve target KPI's and also exceed company's sales target and objective.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales plans and schedule to drive sales efficiency.
- Possesses a thorough knowledge of the organization's products/services.
- A bachelor's degree in the relevant fields of studies
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum working experience of 2 years in telesales/inside sales in either China, Taiwan or Hong Kong markets.
- Has strong track record in generating new business and securing repeat clients.
- Excellent interpersonal, sales & marketing and negotiation skills.
- Able to develop strong sales pipeline and maintain an aggressive KPI-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal ) in English and Chinese.
