About Our Client
A strong Financial Institution with a large market share within Malaysia and its neighbouring countries. Currently looking at building their senior management team and looking at specific talents.

My client is looking for a HRBP preferably from the Banking industry. The function of the HRBP is to be the link between the employees and the corporate function of the business. The role will look into the full spectrum of the HR portfolio.
This function will require the chosen candidate to be very hands on in meeting the the business objectives whilst managing its internal and external stakeholders. Sitting in this position, you are required to be able to flex your operational & strategic expertise.
The Successful Applicant
The suitable candidate should posses:
1) 7-8 years of experience in the field of HR
2) Able to work independently and deliver pass expectations
3) A bachelor degree/masters in the field of HR or any related field of study
4) Willing to travel out of KL
5) Having experience in a unionized environment and dealing with the Union will be added advantage.
