About Our Client
The client is a global engineering service provider in the construction industry. They have a staff strength of over 15,000 worldwide with offices in over 60 countries. Their successful track record has allowed them to be well equipped financially and complete large complex construction projects on a global scale.
They are currently growing their team here and hence are looking for a dynamic Junior HRBP.
Reporting to the Country HR Manager, this role will be responsible in handling end to end HR generalist role. The HRBP manages the daily HR matters that include talent management, talent acquisition, retention, deployment and development plans. You will collaborate closely with the COE and the regional specialists to implement regional initiatives to ensure smooth HR operations. In addition, the HRBP will be instrumental in assisting the Country HR Manager in rolling out HR transformation and change programs to further engage effectively and build a culture that is thrives to achieve business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for the, you will need to:
- Have minimum 6-8 years working experience as a HR Generalist in a MNC
- Previous HR experience in a industrial environment field is preferred
- Candidates must have exposure working with foreign employees and expatriates
- Strong communication skills
- Must be willing to work in Cheras
