They are currently growing their team here and hence are looking for a qualified HR manager.
Reporting to the Regional HR Head seated in Singapore, the HR Manager will handle end to end HR generalist role. This single contributor role will implement and administer HR strategy consistent with the goals and objectives of the organization's business plan. The role will cover all areas of HR including and not limited to talent management, rewards and recognition, IR/ER, Learning & development and organization development. You will also be required to partners with the regional HR leadership team to develop and implement organization-wide policies and initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should have at least:-
- Minimum 6-8 years of HR experience from a MNC
- Solid experience in Recruitment and Comp & Ben would be an added advantage
- Independent in driving HR initiatives
- Results and detail oriented
- Communicate effectively at all levels
