About Our Client
Our client is a leading MNC in the retail industry that employs over 20,000 employees worldwide. They are present in over 1000 locations and have a strong presence in their branding globally. They are currently expanding their operations and hence are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to be part of their team.
Reporting to the HR Director SEA, you will handle end to end generalist role including talent management, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee engagement, IR and recruitment. You will have 1 person reporting into you. This role requires a hands on and strategic HR person to work closely with the senior stakeholders and rolling down regional HR initiatives. The client is looking for someone passionate about the retail industry and has the flair to grow with the company.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful, you must have at least:-
- At least 10 years of strong HR generalist experience from a MNC
- Must have retail or service oriented industry experiences
- Highly dynamic, energetic and independent
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
