Reporting directly to the HR Manager based in Singapore, the role demands the capabilities of a strong leader who is adept at managing the overall HR function in leading the shared services teams to success. Along with the appointment of a HR Manager, our client seeks to introduce a strategic HR partner to the business who will work within a matrixed environment, leading the HR agenda across the region and collaborating with the GM of Shared Services to align HR with the continued growth of the business.
The HR Manager will overall play an active role in managing the HR function for the Malaysian Shared Services business, including implementation of HR systems, policies, and best practices, as well as performance monitoring, recruitment, training & development.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should have at least:-
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a HR Generalist in a multinational environment
- Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Resourceful and self-driven with high degree of professional integrity & initiative
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proactive and well organized with a strong sense of responsibility
