Reporting to the MD, the HR Director will primarily work with leaders to develop and execute HR strategies which are focused on creating a high performance organization. As the HR leader, you will play a crucial role in translating the business needs into strategic priorities to ensure effective tactical HR planning are executed group wide. Since the organization is on a continuous growing phase, you will be involve with HR assignments such as succession planning, talent management, employee engagements, recruitment tactics, and reward strategies. You will be supported by a sizeable HR team on executing different tasks.
It is important that you are a strong strategic business partner and have excellent relationship management skills. You must have the ability to influence others and have project management experience.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should have at least:-
- Minimum 10 years of experience in overall HR management in a multinational environment
- Proven ambition as a HR advisor
- Must have manufacturing industrial experience
- Must be able to speak and write mandarin
- Must be willing to be based in Penang
