About Our Client
Leading MNC who are well renowned for the production of metal products. They have successfully served their customers for multiple decades and have an employee strength of over 10,000 employees along with manufacturing sites across the world.
Reporting to the regional HR Manager, you will function as an individual contributor for the regional HR team. You will be responsible to deliver the people and culture agenda to ensure effective deployment of the core HR processes. Along with a deep understanding of business objectives, customer needs and the competitive landscape you will become a trusted advisor for both managers and employees. You will play a key role in partnering with COEs as they develop, communicate and implement initiatives and programs including those primarily related to Talent Management applicable to the respective manufacturing sites. You will primarily be in-charge of managing talent management and performance process.
The Successful Applicant
- You will need to have a minimum of 10+ years HR Talent Management experience and must have a commercial mindset to be able to succeed in this role
- This role would suit an experienced HR individual with experience in handling regional duties within the manufacturing industry
- Experience in a MNC that has complexity in its operations will be important along with evidence of driving organizational change and particularly supporting cultural build and organizational capability
