Reporting to the Head of HR, you will to work closely with internal stakeholders of a defined business area, facilitating the definition, introduction and evolution of the employee engagement strategy for the business area. You will research, plan, develop, execute and administer approved quarterly engagement surveys based on market intelligence to measure and benchmark employee engagement levels against each past initiative launched for continuous improvement. In addition to driving employee engagement programs, you will function as a HR Generalist in supporting the business in other areas including recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should have at least:-
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a HR Generalist in a multinational environment
- Proven track record of working alongside key stakeholders in managing employee engagement projects to a large scale workforce.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proactive and well organized with a strong sense of responsibility
