- You will develop and manage long-term customer relationships with all of the key Modern Trade customers in Thailand.
- You will build strong working relationships with all Head Buyers in the categories you manage.
- You will achieve / exceed all key sales measures and targets for your key accounts.
- Lead and develop your team of Key Account Managers and Account Executives and a sales support function.
- Offer you team strong coaching and mentoring to ensure a strong pipeline of talent in your team.
- Work closely with Marketing. Trade Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure your customers get best in class support and delivery.
- Lead the process of the negotiation of all customer trading terms and help to develop promotion programmes and product launches.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven track record in Sales Leadership across the Modern Trade channel.
- Over 8 years Key Account Management experience in global FMCG MNC's.
- Previous experience of managing a team of Key Account Managers.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a sales team.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- A mix of hands on execution but also a strategic thinker who is commercially astute.
