About Our Client
Our client is a leading machinery MNC, specializing in the production of highly sophisticated machinery and industrial devices. They are a global leader in fostering a sustainable business which has been acknowledged on a number of platforms as a leader, with respect to efficiency, design and technology. In relation to their current expansion, they are looking to bring on board a dynamic Finance & Admin Manager, who can assist the business at a time of rapid growth and make a key contribution to the business.
Reporting to the regional senior management, the Finance & Admin manager will lead a team of 2 and is expected to control and monitor financial management from reporting, budgeting forecasting and consolidation of transactions between the company's operations. Other responsibilities include:
*Handling incoming HQ's call enquiries regarding to the accounts and operations.
*Control and monitor the reporting for operational and transactional expenses being incurred in transactions
*Develop improvement initiatives to introduce more effective processes and procedures and implement these processes with the line managers in the business.
*Management accounting & reporting, tax and finance operations of the and the timely provision of high quality, accurate financial data is provided on timely basis
*Managing and controlling the businesses working capital (i.e. Work In Progress Outstanding debts) and to ensure that both partners and clients receive accurate and timely financial information
*Liaise with MIDA and MITI authorities
*Liaise with auditor, tax agent and government authorities.
*Perform general administrative functions, which include payroll
The Successful Applicant
You will come with strong accounting skills, excellent written and verbal communications in English and a professional accounting qualification. Other key requirements include:
*Minimum of 8 years of working experience in Finance
*You must have an internationally recognized professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/CPA etc)
*Familiar with Oracle EBS R12
*Strong business acumen, accountability, control and process management skills.
*Experience with MIDA and MITI authorities will be a great advantage.
*Track record demonstrating you can prepare/improve/develop reports as required by the business and other support departments
