They are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced APAC Head of Acquisition to join their growing team here.
You will be joining a highly dynamic and innovative business; a market leader in its industry with exciting short and long term plans for the country and the region.
Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, this key role will act as a strong business partner and be responsible for driving strategic and operational recruitment matters to meet business needs. You will have responsibility for the full spectrum of talent acquisition in addition to working with the Global Team on a number of company wide projects. This include manpower planning, understanding the business talent demands and to manage expectations of internal stakeholders, market mapping, ability to understand talent in different markets across Asia Pacific, creative talent acquisition strategies and creating a brand presence to attract talent. It is our client's expectation that the APAC Head of Talent Acquisition takes responsibility for developing the recruitment function into a business-aligned, value added function by working closely with the business heads, providing consultative advice and guidance on manpower planning related matters.
Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level whilst retaining the oversight role on Talent Acquisition operational matter across Asia Pacific.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you must have at least:-
- At least 8-12 years of strong strategic and operational Talent Acquisition experience from a reputable MNC
- Candidates with APAC recruitment experience will be advantageous
- Degree in HR or Business Administration from a good tertiary institution
- Strong track record of success within a Global MNC of strategic recruitment strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, driven and able to influence and build strong relationship with senior stakeholders
