About Our Client
Our client is a local company with diversified business ventures ranging from marketing services, trading and financial services to name a few.
In accordance with the company's business requirements, they are looking for a committed individual to join them as an Admin & Accounts Executive.
Some of the key areas of job include:
- Managing all issuance of cheques to merchants (weekly basis).
- Managing all issuance of payments cheques to suppliers (one a month task).
- Managing of all bank statements on a monthly basis and filling.
- Managing all issuance of claims and checking on claims based on company's guidelines.
- Managing all utility bill payments
- Update the company's cash flow.
- Update the daily creditor & debtor's report and provide daily updates to management.
- Responsible for keeping tab on payment status and readiness of cheques/ payment.
- To issue credit note or debit note based on the instruction from the operations team.
- Liaison with bankers.
- Compiling and preparing the despatch daily task and work sheet.
- To support to respective teams members from various department such as Marketing team and operations team.
The Successful Applicant
- Candidate must possess a Diploma in Business/ Finance related field
- Comes with prior experience in managing administrative matters
- Detailed oriented and is highly committed in meeting deadlines

- Salary package of RM3,000 to RM5,000
