To support our business growth, our client is always interested in hearing from dynamic Sales professionals who are driven by high performance and are customer focused. They are looking to bolster their growth in the Southern region in Johor.
The key responsibility of an Account Manager is to build effective relationships with the customers drive incremental sales for South Malaysia. The key responsibilities include:
- Ownership to drive and achieve sustainable sales and exceed sales targets.
- Provide solutions to meet customer needs by the implementation of relevant and cost-effective value added services
- To continually expand relevant technical knowledge and to develop an understanding of the RS product and service portfolio, their application in key areas and the benefits they provide to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records, CRM data and sales reporting data to maximise potential from the customer base.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline Electrical Engineering, and or other related Engineering discipline.
- A min. experience of 2 - 3 years working experience in the similar industry.
- Strong Business Development /Account Management experience in industrial sales of Maintenance and Repair, Electronics or Industrial Automation products.
- Proven track record in sales and a self starter to work independently.
- Able to evidence value added selling, contract negotiation and contract compliance.
- Ambitious and Driven.
