About Our Client
Our Client is a US-based digital marketing company focusing on bringing together advertisers and their target audiences. They have been in the market for over a decade now with offices around the globe and have expanded to include Thailand as well. With their vast growth, they are now looking for an Account Director to develop their go-to-market strategy by providing local insights.
- Work together with the APAC Client Services Director to build up and execute the strategy and plan.
- Work closely with the Country Director to make certain that the Account Management team are operating well in line with company goals and client servicing expectations.
- Main point-of-contact for key clients. Point of escalation for all clients.
- Team leadership, development & mentoring. Set the tone for the Client Services team.
- Manage the entire market account portfolio from a business perspective and responsible for growing revenue from existing client portfolio.
- Drive the Client Services vision & assignment in market.
- Work with your team to offer an optimal experience for clients.
- Comprehend client's needs, their business goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Look for new methods to develop, grow and widen the affiliation with the client.
- Team leadership & development.
- Work to be the preeminent source of information and knowledge about all things related to digital marketing.
The Successful Applicant
You will be:
- Comfortable presenting to clients on everything from campaign strategy, execution, performance, analysis of results and commercial negotiations.
- Have managed a team & are able to lead your team to success.
- Have solid knowledge in managing accounts.
- Analyse data sets as related to digital marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Managed projects and are able to pull together resources to get things done.
- Self sufficient.
